By requestiong a document or subscription from Saildocs, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions posted on the web site (www.saildocs.com) or available by requesting the "terms" document as described above. Basically the terms are that Saildocs maay not work and may not be useful, but if it does and is, then the information it delivers is probably incorrect.

Seriously, remember that Saildocs is an automated system subject to all of the usual failures and problems, and has no control over information delivered from the Internet. In particular, weather forecasts may be missing, mis-filed or out of date. If you need absolutely reliable weather information for offshore sailing then get an Inmarsat-C terminal, it may not work either but then it will be somebody else's problem.
